INGREDIENTS

Ice cubes

50ml Samai Kampot Pepper Rum

15ml apple juice

10ml honey syrup

3 drops of aromatic bitters

Fresh bunch of green peppercorn

PREPARATION

Add the ice into a shaker followed by the other ingredients and shake well. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Finish by garnishing with a fresh bunch of green Kampot peppercorns.
