INGREDIENTS

Ice cubes

50ml Samai Gold Rum

50ml pineapple juice

40ml coconut cream

10ml vanilla syrup

Ground cinnamon

PREPARATION

Add the ice cubes into a shaker followed by all the other ingredients except for the ground cinnamon. Shake well. Double strain into a chilled champagne coupe and sprinkle some ground cinnamon on top. Serve.
